Elicitation, processing and use of your personal data

Personal data means in according to art. 4 no. 1 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) all information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your civil name, your address, your telephone number or your date of birth.

Personal data will only be gathered, processed and stored if you voluntarily provide us this information for example in the course of a contact request or the registration for a newsletter.

Basically, we do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent or a legal obligation. In addition, we use your personal data within the b4dynamics group only to the extent required and intended for the respective purpose, for example, for answers contact inquiries, product surveys, marketing purposes or administration of our websites. In order to inform you about our services and products, we also want to use your data, this only happens if you have given us your prior consent.

Data transfer

The elicitation or transmission of your personal data to state institutions and authorities is only possible within the context of mandatory national legislation.

Your rights

According to art. 15 GDPR you have the right for free information about your stored personal data as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. Data that we need to process outstanding tasks or to enforce our rights and claims, as well as data which we have to keep according to the legal regulations  are excluded from the deletion.

Compliant with art. 21 par. 2-4 GDPR, you have the right at any time to revoke your consent for the use and processing of your personal data.

According to art. 32 par. 1 GDPR, we use technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

Google Analytics

We use on our website the web analytics service Google Analytics from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. These are text files that are saved on your computer to analyze your use of the website.

Google Analytics cookies are stored because of Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f DSGVO – in order to evaluate the use of our website, e.g. to create reports regarding website activity to improve our online offerings.
